Once, I was asked to find a client a Goat to BBQ.  The next morning it was done. “Why” you ask? Simply put, because that’s how invested I am in my clients, who I consider are more than just parties to a business transaction – and I make sure that everyone at US ProTech has the same mindset.

You see… the secret for success at US ProTech is IP.  No… not Internet Protocol. I am referring to “Innovation and People”.  As a recognized market leader since 1999 and pioneer of IT managed services, our success hinges on our ability to continue our investment in new ideas and the right people. I can speak a great deal about our people. I am proud of them all. US ProTech’s staff works hard to carefully choose the best people for each position. At times this means we may go longer without filling a position so that we can get just the right person, but it is well worth the wait. We have a great company culture at US ProTech, because of our people. Nobody here wants to jeopardize that. I find it difficult to articulate fully, but the easiest way to summarize it is that US ProTech is more of a family than just a place of work. This family atmosphere produces a lot of valuable outcomes.

By being committed to our employee’s success, I earn the privilege to ask for commitment back. I think this irreplaceable value was lost in the 90’s and continues to fade as we progress into this new millennium.
